DRIED ABACHA

Abacha is a beloved Nigerian cassava dish that is popular among the Igbos. It is made by cooking, shredding, fermenting, and air drying cassava. (We have taken this stress off of you) 

It can also be soaked in water and eaten with coconut for snack (abacha mmiri), or it can be combined with ugba (fermented African oil bean seed).
